At Velvet Venom, every piece is handcrafted to order with intention and care.

Because our jewelry is handmade and our waist beads are designed to be worn directly against the body, all Ritual Collection pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly work with you to make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that natural gemstones vary in color, shape, and pattern. These unique variations are part of what makes every Velvet Venom piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.
